Housewithnonails is our family home offering guests a bed and breakfast service.
Check in between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Outside these hours by prior arrangement only

No animals.
No smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside on the lawn.
Noise levels must be respectful of other guests and neighbours.
Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted.
Damage will be charged.
Our family home has a large bathroom upstairs offering a shared guest facility with a bath, shower , toilet and towels.There is a second smaller bathroom in the groundfloor available to guests offering a second shower toilet and towels.Use must be considerate of other guests.
A Whole Barn stay means all available rooms are booked exclusively . This is our home and the hosts will remain on site at all times.
Children are welcome and should be supervised.
Surrounding farmland is not part of the property and the farmers dislike trespassers as it upsets the cows.
Use of kitchen is by prior arrangement.
At present there are no cancellation fees but as much notice as possible is appreciated.
Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to secure and guarantee the reservation.
100 % percent deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure and guarantee the reservation. Any extras are payable on checkout.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation within seven days prior to arrival will be charged 100 percent of the accommodation.
Any no shows will also be charged full amount .
A fair and reasonable refund will be negotiated due to cancellation of your booking due to crisis or emergency to support future relationship we share together
